Reservations Policy

Deposit Policy, Cancellation Policy and No-Show Policy

All prices are quoted in $US dollars. The forms of payment accepted are cash (US Dollars), traveller’s cheques in US Dollars and credit cards (Visa, Master Card and Discover).

A deposit of one night stay is required to secure a reservation. 

All reservation requests will be subject to room availability.

Check-in time: 3:00 pm.

Check-out time: 11:00 am.

There is an additional 10% charge to be added to all rooms prices for government occupancy tax. 

Sea View Hotel request that if you need to cancel your room reservation for any reason that the hotel be given 24 hours notice, or your credit card will be charged for the first night of your stay.  

Cancellations occurring less than 1 week (7 days) during the August festival celebration will be charged for one night’s stay.
